About our venues
East Midlands Conference Centre
Established in 1994, the East Midlands Conference Centre is a cornerstone for events, known for its architectural elegance, a multitude of rooms, state-of-the-art facilities, and a prime location next to the Orchard Hotel & Restaurant.
Best for: Large events, gala dinners, multi-day events, weddings, meetings
Examples: Corporate conferences, summer camps, awards ceremonies, festive parties
Total Capacity: 10 - 1,000 attendees
The Jubilee Hotel & Conferences
Nestled on the Jubilee Campus, this venue serves as an all-in-one solution for both business and leisure. It has been transformed into a flexible space with top-notch meeting facilities and cosy accommodation. Plus, the Spoke Cafe is perfect for a coffee and a catch-up.
Best for: Meetings, exhibition, team building, training days, residential conferences

For those on a budget, Campus Venues offers a range of spaces, from educational facilities to athletic venues across various campuses.

The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant
The Orchard Hotel provides a serene, modern setting for meetings and events. It excels in combining business and leisure amenities with convenient overnight accommodation.
Best for: Private Dinners, banquets, small business meetings, overnight stays
Examples: Anniversary celebrations, client dinners, team-building events, celebrations, weekend getaways

Hugh Stewart Manor House
Situated on the university grounds, Hugh Stewart Manor House is a historic gem that offers classic elegance in a rural setting.

Why choose a venue in Nottingham?
Nottingham is ideally situated within the heart of the East Midlands, making it the perfect location to travel to, from anywhere in the UK. It really does have something for everyone and Nottingham Venues is a great base to explore what it has to offer.
Nottingham Station provides a regular train service and both the bus and tram routes link our venues with the City Centre. For overseas guests, East Midlands Airport is only 13 miles away and the Skylink bus service can be accessed from the airport, directly into the City.
For those wanting to explore the City and its history during their stay, Nottingham Castle, the National Justice Museum and the City of Caves and Wollaton Hall are a must. Those wanting to watch live theatre or music can visit the Motorpoint Arena, Theatre Royal and Concert Hall or the famous Rock City.
If sport is what you love, you are spoilt for choice as Nottingham is home to Nottingham Forest, Notts County, Nottingham Panthers, Nottingham Rugby and of course Trent Bridge.
